Size is Misleading

The blouse is beautiful. However, the size I ordered is too big. I went by the sizing on your chart and It is not true to size. I wanted to return the item but was afraid I would not get the replacement in time for my event.

The blouse is very pretty. Mine is too small. I ordered a 3x. I normally wear a 2x. The blouse runs small.
