Knots in the sleeves

The sweatshirt that I received had knots on closing inside seam on each arm.I made the company aware of the issue and shared pictures. I was asked to pay for shipping to mail the shirt back to them to allow them to exam the shirt to determine if they were willing to replace my shirt. I decided to keep the shirt to avoid paying for shipping twice. The knots are very annoying.

Under the AKA, the alpha kappa alpha was missing under my sweatshirt....
