1. How much does standard shipping cost? 
    The rate for standard shipping varies depending on the number of items ordered.

    2. How long will it take for me to receive my items?
    Items are estimated to deliver within 2-3 business days after they have been shipped. This
    is the In-Transit Time only and does not include the processing time of 2-3 business days.
    To guarantee delivery within 1-2 business days, we suggest you use Express shipping.
    *Please note if we are vending for an event this will delay your ship date. All  orders will ship in the order in which they were placed.


    3. Do you offer express shipping?
    Yes we do! If express shipping is desired, please elect the option at checkout. All orders
    that are shipped Express are guaranteed to deliver within 1-2 business days. This is the In-

    The rate for express shipping varies depending on the weight of the item(s) ordered. This express shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.


    5. How do I know when my order has shipped?
    When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your
    order has fully processed you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain tracking details for the package. You will receive an additional email once your item(s) have been delivered.


    6. Do you ship
    internationally?

    We provide international shipping for any APO address. Shipping cost varies depending on the number of items purchased.


    7. What carrier is used for shipping?
    All orders are typically shipped via Fedex 2 Day, USPS using priority or flat rate mail. Group orders of 12
    or more are typically shipped via FedEx and will require a signature upon delivery.


    8. Do you refund shipping
    fees?

    All shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any form of store credit
    issued.

      The sizing of each product varies. Please refer to the description of the product for details on fit and sizing.


      2. I'm in love with an item, but it is out of stock. What do I do?
      If an item is out of stock, simply CLICK HERE
      to enter your email address and you will be notified when the item has been restocked.


      1. Can I exchange an item(s)?
      Fashionably Greek will gladly offer store credit for the return of any regularly priced
      merchandise. All Sale items are final! We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in
      accordance with our Return Process and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.


      2. How long does the Return Process take?
      Once your return is processed, we will issue you a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days. Your store credit will be in the amount of the purchased price of the returned item(s) only.

      *Please note that if we are vending for a conference, all returns will be processed within 2 business days once we return from the conference. 


      3. Do you provide return shipping labels?
      We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.You will be responsible for covering the
      shipping costs to return your item(s).
      **This includes the shipping cost to return the item(s) to the return address, as well as the shipping costs for shipment of the new items.


      4. Its been over 30 days. Can I still return my order?
      Fashionably Greek requires items to be returned within 10 days of receipt of the item(s). Any items returned after 30 days of the delivery date
      are not eligible for any type of refund.

      1. How do I change or cancel my order?
      Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or canceled. Processing for all orders
      will take at least 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

      Fashionably Greek E-Gift Cards.
