Great product, subpar service

Loved the product, the service wasn’t as responsive as I would expect from a small business and that’s why I’m giving 3 stars. Also, the wrong size product was sent to me causing me to pay to have it sent back and I was not compensated for the extra cost I had to assume despite it NOT being my fault. There wasn’t even a mention of trying to rectify this discrepancy even though I asked explicitly, this was just ignored and I decided to just let it go and just get my product and keep it moving. This is specifically the reason that I would not order from them again, despite the actual product being nice.

IT'S PERFECT!!!
